30 days to return, no questions asked

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Vellanar, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it and receive a full refund.

How to initiate a return?

1. Write to us at vellanarstore@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason (optional).
2. We will send you instructions for return shipping.
3. Collection is free — it costs you nothing to return.
4. Once the product is received, we will process the refund within a maximum of 5-7 business days.

Product condition

The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage caused by improper use. The original packaging is not essential.

Defective products

If your Vellanar has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund it at no additional cost, regardless of the return period.

Refund

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
